


DAY 1
Arrival in Lviv. Meeting at the train by company representative.
Bus city tour “Pearls of Lviv”: Introduction of historical monuments,of the richness and diversity of architectural styles of XI-XX centuries. You will be able to see the Liberty Ave - the main street of the city, the Cathedral of St. Elizabeth, St. George Square, the University of Lviv, the Gunpowder Tower and the High Castle park.
12 p.m. - Transfer to a hotel. The check in after 12:00. Lunch in a city cafe.
02 p.m. - Walking tour "Old Town": You will be welcomed by Lviv of XIV - XVIII centuries with its narrow streets, cathedrals and legends. During the tour you will see the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul Jesuits, the Latin Cathedral, the Chapel of Boims, the Market Square with its renaissance palaces, the Armenian block, the Pharmacy Museum (visit), the Dominican Cathedral, the architectural ensemble of the Assumption Cathedral, the ancient fortifications of Lviv, the former Jewish block and much more.
05 p.m. - Free time.
DAY 2
Breakfast at the hotel.310 a.m. - Meeting with the guide at hotel lobby. Country tour “Castles of Western Ukraine”.
11.30 a.m. - Oleskiy castle - an architectural monument of XIII-XVIII century. The stone castle with tall mounds - the former castle of Polish Crown. It was built as an Old Russian fortification, and in the early XVII century became the seat of Polish magnates. Here was born Jan III Sobieskiy and Michael Koribut Vishnevetskiy.
01 p.m. - Podgoretskiy Castle. The first mention of the castle in Podgortsy is dated 1445 year. Construction of the castle was sponsored by Stanislav Konetspolsky who bought it with the surrounding villages from Janush Podgoretskiy. It was seen by all, or nearly all of the citizens of the former USSR. Although they might not even guess that it is located in Ukraine. This castle represented the Louvre in the movie "D'Artagnan and Three Musketeers". It is where the Ballet of Marlezonskogo was held and D'Artagnan brought the suspension of the Duke of Bekingem.
02.30 p.m. - Zolochevskiy castle. The city of Zolochev is located on the former important trade route uniting the West, the East and the South of Europe. The first mention of Zolochev is dated 1442 year. The Magdeburg right was granted to the city on the 15th of March, 1523. At that time a large Armenian community lived there. In 1532 the owner of Zolochev Stanislav Seninsky sold it to Andrew Gurko the Poznań castellan. Then Zolochev city and the castle passed to Jakub Sobieski ...
Dinner in a city cafe.
06 p.m. - Transfer to the train station.
