Andorra – it is really surprising and dream-land. Who once opened it will certainly back here again. And will never change this little charming principality to other resorts. Andorra is an ideal place both for extreme and for family vacation.

Sports
In the beginning there were 5 mountain-skier stations in Andorra: Pal, Arinsal, Soldeu-el Tarter, Ordino-arcalis, and Pas de la Casa-grau Roig. After the whole wave of associations, in fact, 2 stations became: GRANDVALIRA, which include in itself the stations of Soldeu-el Tarter and Pas de la Casa-grau Roig; and VALLNORD,  consist of Pal-arinsal and Ordino-arcalis .
If you want to see and test as many as possible, to ski on all stations of Andorra, we offer you to take advantage of the special general ski-pass of “Super Ski-pass”. Routes, by the general extent of a 281 km, to the different category of complication, will satisfy the queries of skiers of all levels, and 105 lifts are able to deliver on tops 142 245 persons in an hour. New routes and lifts appear here every year. You can  not only skiing but also  visit an ice palace of Palau de Gel in Canillo, where you can go skating.
For beginners and early intermediates Andorra is an excellent choice. The ski schools are good, the lift systems are modern and efficient, and the snow is pretty reliable. English is widely spoken; prices are low; and lessons are fun. Class sizes can, however, be large in peak season. There is a ski kindergarten and a non-skiing crèche for younger children.
Snowboard – probably, the most fast developing winter type of sport. There is all needed for teaching and rolling on snowboard in Andorra. This sport is accessible not only for «new generation» but for all ages. The special routes, springboards, chamfers of half-pipe are prepared on all stations of Andorra.

Ski resorts
Andorra is an ideal place for tourism and active rest. The season generally runs from December to Aprill. At night temperature of air is minus, in the day-time rises to +10C, the depth of snow-cover from 50 to 300 cm. The most 5 popular resorts are Pal, Arinsal, Soldeu/el Tarter, Ordino, Pas de la Casa/grau Roig. Routes are a 235 km on any taste and to the different category of complication, 95 lifts, able to deliver on tops 75 thousand persons in an hour .All routes are from 1 to 3 km.

National cuisine
Due to the fact that Andorra is situated between France and Spain, Andorran cuisine is mainly Catalan and it also combines with French and Italian cuisine but in a small proportion. Pasta, meat, fish and vegetables are the main ingredients for every meal. In the northern region of Andorra the French and Italian cuisine is prevailing and its main characteristics are the daily use of pasta, cheese, bread and fish; while in the southern region Catalan cuisine influences were adapted. Local dishes include the following dishes: trinxat made of Bacon, cabbage and potatoes; cunillo which is rabbit stewed in tomato sauce; xai which is actually roasted Lamb; coques are flavored flat cakes and truites de carreroles which is actually an omelet made with mushrooms. Andorran local dishes also include sausages, cheese, and a large variety of Pork and Ham dishes and a vast variety of vegetables.

Custom
No works of art can be exported without permission. Veterinary and agronomical control operates on a border.

Visa General   
Although there are no visa requirements, the relevant regulations of France or Spain should be applied depending on which country was transited to reach Andorra
Andorra visa is not required for citizens of Ukraine for a stay up to 90 days.

Currency
Euro. Andorra has never had its own currency. Until the Euro was introduced, the country used both Spanish pesetas and French francs, with the peseta being the preferred currency.
